Questions about plans

How does the trial work?

Choose a plan and enter a card at checkout. You get 7 days with everything included, and Paddle charges the plan's price when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Each organization gets one trial.

What counts as a project?

A repository linked with /pharon:setup. Branches, previews and your public DNS footprint don't count.

Is there a limit on members?

No. Every plan includes unlimited members, so an alert reaches whoever owns the affected repo.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Owners and admins switch plans from Billing in the app, and the difference is charged pro rata. A smaller plan needs your projects to fit within its limit. Cancelling is in Billing too, through Paddle's portal: the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens when a subscription ends?

Syncing and alerts stop, and the CLI says why. Your projects and history stay, and everything resumes when you choose a plan again.

Who handles payment?

Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It charges your card, sends invoices and handles sales tax and VAT.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. After the 7-day trial, every payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: write to support@gitmore.io, or request it through Paddle at paddle.net. The refund policy has the details.

Who makes Pharon?

Gitmore (gitmore.io), which builds tools for engineering teams. GITMORE LTD, registered in England and Wales, is the company behind the terms, the privacy policy and your invoices.
