Terms of service
The agreement between you and Gitmore, the company behind Pharon, for using the website, the app, the Claude Code plugin, the CLI and the GitHub Action.
Last updated October 31, 2026
1. The agreement
Pharon (getpharon.com) is a product of GITMORE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16606931) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("Gitmore", "we", "us").
These terms govern your use of Pharon: the website, the web app, the Claude Code plugin, the CLI and the GitHub Action. By creating an account or using Pharon, you agree to them. If you use Pharon for an organization, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
2. What Pharon does
Pharon matches published security incidents (compromised packages, images and CI actions, exploited vulnerabilities, end-of-life runtimes, vendor breaches) against an inventory of your stack, and alerts you in Claude Code, by email, in Slack and through webhooks.
The inventory is built on your machines by the plugin and the CLI, and only the inventory is uploaded. See What we see and the Privacy policy.
3. Accounts and organizations
- You sign in with a single-use link or code sent to your email. Keep your mailbox, devices and any two-factor authentication app secure: whoever controls them can sign in as you.
- Organizations have owners, admins, members and viewers. Owners and admins manage members, alerts and billing, and are responsible for who they invite.
- Give accurate information, and tell us at support@gitmore.io if you think your account was used without your permission.
4. Plans, trials and payment
- Team: $49 a month, up to 25 projects, unlimited members
- Business: $199 a month, up to 150 projects, unlimited members
Each organization gets one 7-day free trial. A payment method is taken at checkout and charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before. Plans renew every month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders: it charges your card, issues invoices, handles sales tax and VAT, and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Changing plans is prorated. Moving to a plan with fewer projects than your organization uses is refused until you remove some.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Owners and admins cancel from Billing, through Paddle's customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; after that, syncing and alerts stop, and your projects and history stay until you ask us to delete them.
Refunds follow the Refund policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee.
6. Your data
Your inventories, settings and team data stay yours. You let us store and process them to run Pharon for you, as the Privacy policy describes. Redaction rules let you drop or hash names before they leave your machines.
Incident notices we publish are signed data and contain nothing that runs. The plugin never changes your files, rotates keys or touches cloud resources on its own.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't attack, overload or probe Pharon, or try to reach other organizations' data.
- Don't upload data you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
- Don't resell Pharon, or use it to build a competing feed from our notices.
- Automated use goes through the CLI, the plugin, the GitHub Action and the documented API.
8. What Pharon can't promise
Pharon helps you notice incidents sooner; it doesn't replace your own security practices. Sources can be late, incomplete or wrong, matches can be uncertain (Pharon says when they are), and an alert can be delayed by things outside our control, such as email filtering. You stay responsible for your systems and for acting on what Pharon reports.
Pharon is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features, and tell you in advance about changes that matter.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights aren't affected.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Pharon at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or isn't paid, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of the laws where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they apply; using Pharon afterwards means you accept them.
13. Complaints and contact
Write to support@gitmore.io. We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the appropriate ombudsman service.
